100ft Band comes in 5" width and is used to seal butt joints, corner joints and small areas. Trugard Vapor-shield Membrane is a pliable polyethylene waterproof membrane with limited crack-bridging capabilities. It is covered on both sides with a special fiber webbing to anchor the membrane in the thin-set mortar. It is used in conjunction with ceramic and stone tile coverings. Tiles are installed directly on the Trugard Vapor-shield membrane using the thin-bed method.
Use with Trugard Inside and Outside Corner Seals and Trugard Pipe and Shower Valve Seals, to complete the water tight and leak-proof complete vapor-shield envelope.
