Grass Nexis and Nexis Impresso (tool-less cabinet door fastening designs) hinges with 95 degree opening for thick doors or doors with applied moldings and profiles are suitable
for frameless and face frame applications
For door thickness up to 30mm (1-3/16") and overlays up to 19mm (3/4")
Nexis 95 degree opening thick door hinges have:
- Cup depths of 11.8mm (Nexis) and 12mm (Nexis Impresso)
- Hinge cup edge drilling distance of 3mm to 6mm
- Single screw side-to-side adjustment of +1mm to -3mm
- Boring patterns of 42mm, 45mm and 48mm
Available in three cup fastening designs: "Screw-on" with two #6 x 5/8" screws (not included), "Doweled" and Tool-less "Impresso"
Screw-on and Doweled hinges feature stamped steel cup. Tool-less "Impresso" hinges feature die-cast steel cup
and closing flap with all metal construction for positive and secure attachment to cabinet door
Available in self-closing and free swinging versions
Nexis hinges are compatible with Grass soft-close devices
Nexis hinges are designed to work with Grass mounting plates
