5-3/4 inch steel bright brass friction lid support for left, right or universal mount. Designed for 3-1/4 inch or deeper chests. Tension is adjustable to hold lid in any position and support can be mounted on left or right side. For left side use, remove adjusting screw, washer, and bracket. Reassemble in the same order from the other side of the slotted arm. Use a 2nd support if needed on the opposite side.
