Designed to be stapled to bottom of cabinet to keep from breaking laminate off sides while moving around in shop. Glide is 1-3/4" long x 3/4" wide and 3/32" thick. Slide bump on bottom of glide is 1/2" O. giving the glide a total height of 5/16". 1/16" reference tab on one side of glide allows for quick and easy installation.
